1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents. Employees
of NGA and immediate family and household members are not
eligible.
2. HOW TO ENTER: You must provide required information: a valid
address. Once your registration is received, you will
automatically be entered to win a prize.
3. ENTRY DEADLINE: Registration must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST
on the last day of the calendar quarter to be eligible for the
following quarter's drawing.
4. PRIZE: A $100 Gift Certificate for online shopping
at the Gardening
with Kids Store.
5. DRAWING: Winner will be determined in a random drawing from all
eligible registrants. The random drawing will be held on or about
the first business day of each quarter and will be conducted by
Sponsor, whose decision is final in all matters. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner
will be notified by e-mail, phone, or certified mail.
6. GENERAL: By entering, participants also agree: (a) to be bound by
the Official Rules; (b) that the decision of the Sponsor is final on
all matters relating to the promotion; and (c) to release Sponsor
and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors,
employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage
arising out of participation in this promotion or with respect to
awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at its sole

7. DISPUTES: All issues and questions regarding the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules
or the rights and obligations of entrants in connection with the
Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard for conflicts of
law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State, in
the county of Chittenden.
